Description

Fuse Foam Termiticide and Insecticide contains the same active ingredients as Fuse liquid termiticide, but it comes in a ready-to-use foam formulation. It's highly effective at killing and controlling termites and other wood-infesting pests like carpenter ants. It can be used to kill the pests around homes and businesses and is easy to use thanks to the hose applicator.

How Fuse Foam Termiticide Works

Fuse Foam contains the active ingredients fipronil and imidacloprid. Though both ingredients target the insects' central nervous system, they do it in different ways. When the insects come into contact with the foam, they become infected with the active chemicals. The chemicals don't kill the pests on contact. Instead, the foam has a slow mode of action and gives the insects time to return to the nest and to infect other members in the colony, killing them all within days.

Where to Use Foam Termiticide

Some places are tough to reach with traditional liquid insecticides. Fuse Foam comes in an easy-to-use handheld applicator for reaching into cracks and crevices and targeting the termites and other insects at the source. It's labeled for residential and commercial use, killing the pests as they hide and nest inside wall voids or in the spaces between wooden structures. Use Fuse Foam in attics, basements, crawl spaces and other areas where the pests are found. Apply the foam in the gaps between wood flooring on decks and other tight crevices to kill the insects.

Target Pests

Fuse Foam is formulated to kill a variety of termite species, such as subterranean and drywood. It even controls dampwood and arboreal termites in and around wooden structures. Not only does it kill termites but also other wood-infesting insects like old house borers and powder-post beetles. Use it to kill and control carpenter ants and carpenter bees. It's also effective at killing stink bugs, Asian lady beetles and other labeled pests.

Benefits of Fuse Foam for Termite Control

The applicator hose and precision tip make it easy to target, kill and control termites in hard-to-reach areas. It's easy to apply and can be used by homeowners and pest management professionals. It targets the most invasive pest insects that cause damage to the wood, including those that prefer to nest in cracks and crevices, such as stink bugs and box-elder bugs. Some other benefits include:

  • Treats termites and pests in cracks and crevices
  • For use as a direct injection treatment
  • Easy to use and apply to the target areas
  • Contains two active ingredients for greater termite control

Fuse is a Ready-to-Use Foam Application

It's important to treat termite colonies as soon as they're discovered. If not, they will continue to spread through the structure and cause massive damage. Fuse Foam can be applied into cracks and crevices, structural voids and other areas where the insects are found. It works slowly, giving the infected insects time to spread the poison throughout the colony. Whether it's subterranean termites or carpenter ants, it's hard to beat Fuse Foam for total control of these invasive pests.
